We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice so that we can offer the appointment to another patient.

Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment fee.

If you do not attend your appointment and have not contacted us beforehand, the full appointment fee may be charged.

Our comprehensive vestibular assessments require a significant amount of dedicated clinical time and specialised equipment. A deposit may therefore be required when booking these appointments. This deposit will be applied to the cost of your assessment and can be transferred to a new appointment when sufficient notice is provided.

We appreciate that unexpected circumstances can arise, and cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion in genuine exceptional circumstances.
