Comprehensive Vestibular Assessment
A complete diagnostic review in a single appointment.
A comprehensive assessment designed to evaluate your balance system and identify the cause of your symptoms. Rather than a single test, we use various specialist diagnostic tools - giving us a complete and accurate picture of how your inner ear, eye movements, and balance pathways are functioning.

Assesses all six semicircular canals in the inner ear. You'll wear lightweight goggles while small, quick head movements measure how well your vestibular system responds.
A comprehensive evaluation of eye movements and balance pathways — including tracking, positional testing, and caloric testing to assess each inner ear separately.
Two complementary tests assessing the saccule, utricle, and associated nerve pathways. Particularly useful for investigating Meniere's disease and superior canal dehiscence.
Each inner ear assessed separately using gentle warm and cool air stimulation — one of the most sensitive tests for detecting unilateral vestibular weakness.
Measures electrical activity generated within the inner ear in response to sound, helping identify pressure-related conditions such as Meniere's disease.
If positional testing identifies BPPV, we can treat it in the same appointment using a canalith repositioning manoeuvre, resolving one of the most common causes of vertigo.
BPPV Diagnosis and Treatment
BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo) is one of the most common causes of vertigo, caused by displaced crystals in the inner ear. It is highly treatable with the correct repositioning manoeuvre.
We offer precise diagnosis and targeted repositioning manoeuvres specific to the affected canal. Most patients respond within one to three sessions.
